According to the attached file, we know there exist a unresponsive when plug in charger and we also have checked the charging interface, no anything shows in it.

We direct test the battery seat voltage B+ with Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter, it displays 0.46V, there is no voltage can directly exlcude the battery problem. Test battery resistance B+385 which shows normal, disassemble the single board. There exist a test point below the battery interface, if the value shows 5V, it means there no problem with the tail plug. So we have to continue the testing.

After we confirmed the fault, the first step we do still is to check the current and find which components caused the fault, the detail repair process as following:

The PP1V8_UT (1.8V), PP3V0_UT_SVDD (3.0V) can be measured after turning on the iPhone 7 device, however, the PP2V8_UT_AF (2.8V, PP2V9_UT_AVDD aggregation voltage) (2.9V), PP1V2_UT_VDD (1.2V) these three circuits of power supply only can be measured when the iPhone 7 camera under good state, the PP2V9_UT_AVDD circuit power supply is provided by the U2501, the U2501 is very easy to cause camera working abnormally. The best solution is to take the U2501 off and short connect by jumper wire to solve the problem.

Fault description: iPhone 6 touches hot after dropped into the ware.

Possibility Sources fault: water entering caused the short circuit which lead the high temperature.

Fault Description:

iPhone Touch Screen can't display while the screen shows good and motherboard can work normally.

Got the iPhone 6 Plus which carried two fault:  the rear camera won't open while flashlight can't be turned on.

As of both of them are connected with CPU, so we need to disassemble the iPhone to check the fault source.

Got this iPhone 6S which happens no display but normal current, we doubt the  iPhone PCB Board  may occurred something abnormal. We check it by   DC power supply, of courser, the current and voltage shows normal, but the screen still can't show normal. But during we check it, we found a faint light in the side and the pcb board is very dirty which has some solder flux, we doubt this isn't new phone. We decided to disassemble it.

Now we're going to use Fluke 15B+ Digital Multimeter to measure positive and negative 5.7V on the iPhone display touch power supply tube, the voltage measured is less than 2V. Next to measure the voltage of boost capacitor, the voltage only is less than 2V. Now we know the boost circuit is a problem.

The next repaired phone is an iPhone 7P, have to say we have repaired enough 7P recently.

This iPhone was dropped into water which lead to the half bright and half black while booting. We need to check the motherboard ,then decided to what we will do next step.

When your phone can't recognize your fingerprint , i guess it will be very annoyed people. The customer said she want to buy a new one, but still want to try it. So we got the this iPhone 6S and repair it, following the repair process:

Disassemble the iPhone by JM-P01 Toolkit, carefully remove the iPhone motherboard. After checking, we found signs of corrosion in the fingerprint socket, and then detect MESA_TO_BOOST_EN_CONN.
