After we confirmed the fault, the first step we do still is to check the current and find which components caused the fault, the detail repair process as following:

The PP1V8_UT (1.8V), PP3V0_UT_SVDD (3.0V) can be measured after turning on the iPhone 7 device, however, the PP2V8_UT_AF (2.8V, PP2V9_UT_AVDD aggregation voltage) (2.9V), PP1V2_UT_VDD (1.2V) these three circuits of power supply only can be measured when the iPhone 7 camera under good state, the PP2V9_UT_AVDD circuit power supply is provided by the U2501, the U2501 is very easy to cause camera working abnormally. The best solution is to take the U2501 off and short connect by jumper wire to solve the problem.

PP3V0_UT_SVDD (3.0V), PP2V8_UT_AF (2.8), VPP1V2_UT_VDD (1.2V) is sent to the camera interface J4501 respectively through inductance FL2500 FL2502 FL2505 FL2506.

These inductors are easy to damage, resulting in failure to take photos. First, measure the resistance of the 5 circuit of power supply to the ground, exclude the failures of broken circuit or short circuit. Check FL2500 FL2502 FL2505 FL2506 and short connect U2501 by jumper wire.

If there occurred some hardware fault, maybe the camera fault will happen easier, if you can't take photos in this case, you can erase all the data and activate it again to avoid the dead phone.

More, if the iPhone flash power supply IC was damaged, it also can cause camera fault, but don't be worried, you just need to replace a new one ,the problem can be solved, of course, we should confirm the fault before we fix it.
